Day 5 starts with a whopping headache

I'm hoping I'll feel better after my breakfast kicks in: two eggs with 2 cups of sautéed spinach cooked in coconut oil, pear, and coffee with coconut milk. This could be my body's way of telling me to call in sick because I'm scheduled to attend a very boring, "already did that one" professional development day. I'm going to be good and drag myself in anyway.
