Veritaserum
Background: female, 32, 5'7", 165 at the start of Whole30, gave birth 4 months ago, Hashimoto's thyroiditis diagnosed at 28 I'm on Day 6. I have only been flowing the regular Whole30 rules instead of the stricter AI rules. I've been feeling pretty good until today. From the support emails it seems a slump on Day 6 is to be expected. What I'm experiencing isn't an "I'm tired and want to sleep" sensation. It's more of a "my body hurts and feels like I've been working out" sort of feeling. My muscles ache and my lungs feel like I've been running. I have not been exercising in the past week. Is this normal?
Moderators Tom Denham Posted October 5, 2012 Moderators Share Posted October 5, 2012 Feeling worn is pretty common during the first two weeks. Be kind to yourself and go easy. Sleep more if you can.
