RLK1001 Posted June 18, 2016 Share Posted June 18, 2016 I've found bacon which has salt and potassium nitrate and sodium nitrate as the only added ingredients. I have found info that says salt and sodium nitrate is ok but nothing about potassium nitrate. Is it ok or not?
