Fats on template

Can someone clarify the fat portion of the template for me? It says to add fat in the following recommended amounts PER MEAL...then it lists 7 different fat sources. Are we selecting ONE of these per meal or are we supposed to have EACH of them per meal? Help is appreciated!

I fixed your typo. :)

 

The fats are meant to choose 1-2 per meal. Cooking fat normally doesn't count so feel free to have half an avocado and some ranch dressing on your salad or some ghee and olives in the same meal. You generally won't overeat fat as it is so satiating.  Just watch out for nuts and nut butters, they are hard on your stomach, misbalanced fat ratio and prone to overconsumption.  The nut recommendation if you choose it is going to be occassionally....like one closed handful every other day.
