So I was confused when I read my day 31 email and it said I can reintroduce dairy when the book says legumes. As much as I want ice cream - I want to do this right! If you never plan to eat something again you don't have to reintroduce it (eg, I never plan to eat soy so I never reintroduced soy products). If you want ice cream, make sure you check the label for other non compliant ingredients such as soy, carrageenan etc. Ice cream probably isn't the best choice for doing a reintro unless you make your own or you have access to extremely "clean" ice cream. BUT 2 QUESTIONS: 1. as I introduce non gluten grains do is eat the same portion size as potato? 2. Do I decrease healthy fat as I introduce dairy?
