Too much fruit?

I have been eating an "oatless" oatmeal 3 - 4 times a week for breakfast with 2 HB eggs.  The recipe is 1/2 apple, 1 date, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1 tbsp coconut flakes, 1 tbsp almonds - pulsed in blender - then add a spoonful of almond butter and some almond milk.

My question is - is this too much fruit?  I don't eat any other fruit.

This type of fauxmeal (or any kind of faux food for that matter) is discouraged throughout your Whole30. This one is particularly fat heavy, and lacks vegetables entirely. Nuts/seeds & their by-products are recommended to be limited as they are particularly hard on the digestive system.

Build each of your meals to match the recommended meal template of 1-2 palms of protein, 1-3 cups of veg (with 3 being optimal), and a serving of fat and you'll get so much more bang for your buck.
