outdoorbee
Hello all, First off, I know that fresh is best, but this is a situational question. I am just now on Day 1 of the Whole 30 and am needing some advice. I work in Forestry and occasionally have to go out to remote logging camps where the food is generally greasy and fried (bacon, eggs, fries, etc.) I will be out at one next week from Monday dinner to Thursday breakfast/lunch. I can swing it to pack a dinner for Monday, but after that I do not have refrigeration so I need to pack some healthy snacks. I will try to email ahead and see if I can use a corner of the fridge for premade meals, but this is not a guarantee. Any suggestions for what to bring would be greatly appreciated. I'm thinking maybe some dehydrated things? Thank you!

NoMoreCrunchyCravings
Pickles, jerky, sardines, whole carrots and zucchinis will sit out of refrigeration just fine and can both be eaten raw...
Puckertoe
Avocados will keep 3 or 4 days out of fridge not too ripe. Tins of mixed veggies, tinned potatoes, bottle of olive oil, lemon in a bottle, salt, pepper, herbs dried, paprika, tin of fish in brine. Mix it up and eat it....yummy.
