MKB
Can I have Kirkland Signature Bacon? In the Nutrition Facts, it says Sugars 0g. But in the ingredients, it says Pork Cured with Water, Salt, Sugar, Sodium Phosphate, Sodium Erythorbate, Sodium Nitrate. Smoked with natural hard woods. Do the chemicals listed in the ingredients rule it out anyway?
jmcbn
The ingredients list is King, so the sugar listed in the ingredients rules it out regardless of what it says in the nutrition facts. Also, nitrates are fine, sulphites are not. Pretty much anything you'll want to know like this will have been asked in the forums before - best way to search is via Google - type in 'Whole30' + 'Your query' (in this case kirkland signature bacon' and you should get plenty of hits to previous threads... Hope this helps.
