mantishugo 4
I have found some symptoms which indicate that I have been consuming less protein all these years. Can I start taking Soya milk? Will it comply with whole30 diet? Thanks in advance.
jmcbn 9767
No. Soy is strictly off limits during a Whole30, and is called out specifically in >the rules< - you might want to have another read at them. You should get more than adequate protein from fish, seafood, poultry, game & all kinds of animal meat during your 30 days - all of which provide complete protein, which soy will not. mantishugo 4
Thank you for the information. Actually, I have been out of Whole30 plan for past few days and I need to start all over again. I forgot that Soy is off limit and thanks to you that I won't have it during my Whole30 diet.
