Guest
Really eager to try la croix, but was wondering which flavours had suitable flavourings that are suitable for IBS/a low fodmap diet?
LucieB
If the water is "flavored" then it's probably chemically flavored. Then the FODMAP food aspect might not apply here. If flavored with the real food juice then the amount is so minimal it similarly might not apply, but I don't think lacroix uses fruit juice? Personally, it's the sparkling carbonation that induces my IBS symptoms of pain and bloaty feeling. So you'll have to test it for yourself. jmcbn
You're in the UK aren't you? Not sure it's financially viable here, regardless of flavour!! It's £57.50 for x2 12oz tins on amazon, or £250 for a pack of 12.... Try San Pellegrino (less than £6 for a pack of 6L) with a dash of fruit juice or some fresh/frozen fruit
