Meal 1     2 hot dogs w/ketchup & mustard, pumpkin w/coconut oil & PPS, applesauce, coffee w/coconut milk

Snack 1   Epic Bison Bites, almonds

Meal 2     chicken salad (roast chicken, celery, Tessamae's Mayo, raisins), grapes

Meal 3     gyro meat, roast potatoes, Kombucha

Meal 1     2 hot dogs w/ketchup & mustard, sauerkraut, applesauce, coffee

Meal 2     3 chicken thighs in Tessamae's BBQ sauce, 1/2 sweet potato

Meal 3     hamburger, sweet potato fries

Snack     Larabar, plantain chips, 1/2 Kombucha

Food:     This day kind of went off the rails at the end. I was at an all day event at which I was presenting, so a little too nervous to eat big meals for breakfast or lunch. Then I had a few things that are no-nos - the fries and chips - although I don't think they'll mess up my reintroductions. But not eating enough during the day definitely made me hungry and snacky at night.

Meal 3     2 poached eggs, pork chop, potatoes w/bell pepper & onion, cantaloupe slices

Feelings:   It's getting harder to keep this up towards the end! My grilled pork chop had some breading on it, which I scraped off. I didn't make it to the grocery today either so I have no food for the week.

Snack 1    macadamia nuts

Meal 3     2 turkey picadillo stuffed peppers w/EVOO, grapes
