kathleen237
I'm hoping I'm not going to have to begin my Whole 30 again, as it's day 8! Yesterday I ate at a middle eastern restaurant downtown Ann Arbor, and had a nice salad(checked on the dressing, it was just oil, vinegar, and lemon) and a skewer of beef kebab with vegetables. I didn't think to ask about how they were prepared. The restaurant was Jerusalem Gardens. Anybody have any idea how middle eastern kebabs are prepared? I feel silly calling the restaurant! jmcbn
Ingredients and cooking methods are going to vary from one restaurant to the next - just bite the bullet & call the restaurant (they don't even need to know who you are) - that way you'll know for sure.
