Starr H Posted September 6, 2016 Share Posted September 6, 2016 Hello, I am on Day 2. I am struggling with how much time should be between meals. I wake up very early (4:30), I eat breakfast at about 5:30. Breakfast is usually 3 eggs with bell peppers and onions cooked in ghee with guac and carnitas. Here it is 9:00 am and I am hungry. I had some black olives and watermelon as a snack to hold me off until lunch, but how many hours on average should meals be spaced apart? Thank You! You should eventually easily manage 4-5-6hrs or more between meals, but in the early days that's probably a push, and I'd say it'd be perfectly acceptable to eat around 9:30, and if your day is particularly long don't be afraid to have x4 full template meals.
