kerrigan16 Posted October 14, 2016 Share Posted October 14, 2016 Hey everyone! I have two days under my belt here. Yesterday I had a splitting headache almost all day and was exhausted. I don't usually nap but I slept for about two hours when I got home from work. This morning I put some almond milk in my coffee and am feeling slightly better. Less of a headache and the fatigue hasn't hit yet. Looking for some motivation that it gets better! Any veteran Whole30ers out there who can vouch for the good feelings that will come soon enough?? However many, many, MANY people new to the whole 30 drastically under eat as they are just treating the whole 30 like another "diet". It would help us greatly if you are able to post a couple of days worth of meals so might be able to A. rule that out or B. help you tweak your meals so you might be able to 'lose' the headaches.
