Starting Jan 3rd

I'm in the military and always justified my poor eating habits with the extraneous physical training that we do. Well I suffered a back injury this past summer and it has significantly decreased the amount of physical training I can do and now my bad eating habits are showing it's effects on me physically and mentally. I am hoping this challenge will help address the negativity that this injury has created for me, for the long term because this injury will not go away anytime soon.
