If this is a supplement you are choosing to take, you would need to read the ingredients on the item and if there are no off-plan ingredients, it would technically be fine. That said, if this is a supplement of your choosing, we would really recommend that you put it aside for the 30 days so that you can get an impression of how you feel just with real, whole foods.
