Kill them all - Our day 4

Hello everyone!

I´m doing Whole30 with my partner and first days were very hard for me, but on day 4 - today I feel much better but my partner is a little bit moody. We cook from Whole30 book. I have question about motivation for men with a sweet tooth: How did you manage it for 30 days???

I live with my partner and we are supporting each other in this change of lifestyle  and I don´t want to lose him on this journey.

There's no specific "user manual" for men that have a sweet tooth vs women that have a sweet tooth. We make the same recommendation. Make sure you're eating enough at meals. That means HIS palm size, HIS thumb size, plenty of veggies and water. And don't use sweet things (fruits, dried fruits, nuts, bars etc) to quiet a sugar craving. Either power through or have fat instead.
