I´m doing Whole30 with my partner and first days were very hard for me, but on day 4 - today I feel much better but my partner is a little bit moody. We cook from Whole30 book. I have question about motivation for men with a sweet tooth: How did you manage it for 30 days??? I live with my partner and we are supporting each other in this change of lifestyle and I don´t want to lose him on this journey. Thank You for Your ideas!
