Guest
Day 7 here. Experiencing a lot of fatigue; normal for me at the weekend due to vestibular migraines. It is 6.30pm and I could happily go to sleep for the night. Is it better to have two meals and rest or stay awake for meal three? M3 Isn't due until about 8pm
jmcbn
Sleep comes before nutrition as far as health is concerned. If you're fatigued and feel you could sleep through the night, sleep.

Sleep is one of the four pillars of health and is necessary for healing. When we sleep our bodies perform all the necessary housekeeping, maintenance, detoxification, regeneration and growth functions. Eating first would throw digestion in to the mix, so in this case sleep is the priority.
Guest
I've gone to bed two nights this week before getting to M3. Last night I slept for 12 hours, sleep definitely takes priority over food for me.
