Guest
Day 11 *waves* I'm tired... and bored with the whole30, never have a lot of time to prepare something particularly interesting to eat. I've also had a sore throat on and off for a week. Not feeling the magic yet which i KNOW is natural at this stage but the thought of 19 more days is torture! kruddock
If you look at the timeline, you will see Day 10 & 11 are the hardest days, just hang in there, it will get better!

kruddock
The timeline is just a guideline, everyone is different. That being said, I would carefully review your food and water consumption, make sure you are eating and drinking enough water, even a little extra would not hurt, just to make sure you are getting all your nutrients and hydration. Most commonly people on the Whole30 do not eat enough and drink enough water. Also make sure you are eating enough protein, fat & veggies. Maybe check out some new recipes to kick the boredom? Make sure you are getting enough sleep too. Try to figure out if there is anything you can do to improve things. You are 1/3 of the way, you are doing great by hanging in there!
