LS192
I'm on day 4. I did a forum search and understand this to be pretty normal, but it's brutal. I thought I was doing a decent job of following the meal template but maybe not? Will these go away in a few days? I was standing up chatting with a coworker and I had to cut the conversation short after five minutes because I had to sit down I was so dizzy. Breakfast this am Roasted potatoes and onions with two scrambled eggs, pico de gallo, 1/2 avocado. Lunch Spaghetti squash w/homemade marinara and chicken sausage with 1 c. snap peas and carrots on the side. Link to comment
Moderators ultrarunnergirl Posted January 11, 2017 Moderators Share Posted January 11, 2017 A few things to look at: Eggs should be as many as you can hold in one hand, usually 3 or 4. If that's too many eggs, eat 2 eggs over some ground meat plus your veggies and fat. Are you filling your plate with veggies? Whole30 foods are more filling than other types of food so you may need to eat more than you are used to until your body adapts. Also, did you include fat with your lunch? You can do this! ArtFossil
Also, make sure you're hydrated (1/2 oz per pound of body weight) and SALTING your food! You may find you need to add salt to most of your food because you're not eating processed food. Link to comment
