Gonzosan Posted May 20, 2012 Share Posted May 20, 2012 My biggest issues is wanting to drink juice, not a lot, just enough to "change up" my usual bottled water. I drink unsweet tea here and there, but I would love to have a small amount of juice (8oz) here and there. The real stuff, not that artificial/sugar enhanced stuff. I usually don't have many other "triggers" than that, so I think it would be fine. If I find myself wanting more and more sugary stuff, then I'll probably keep clean to slay that sugar demon.
