As long as the ingredients are pineapple and 100% Pineapple juice, you should be just fine. Just watch how much of the juice you take in because that stuff is mega sweet and, at least for me, can trigger some mad cravings.
My biggest issues is wanting to drink juice, not a lot, just enough to "change up" my usual bottled water. I drink unsweet tea here and there, but I would love to have a small amount of juice (8oz) here and there. The real stuff, not that artificial/sugar enhanced stuff. I usually don't have many other "triggers" than that, so I think it would be fine. If I find myself wanting more and more sugary stuff, then I'll probably keep clean to slay that sugar demon.
