dkhtodd Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 I've suffered headaches for many many years but they've been controlled for a long time now. I'm on day 21 and have been getting mild daily headaches for the last 10 days. My caffeine consumption dropped in the first 3 days of Whole30 because I replaced coffee with milk and sweetner and diet coke with tea - some black and some herbal. I can't figure out whats up. jmcbn Posted January 21, 2017 Share Posted January 21, 2017 Are you salting your food, and adding adequate fat to each of your meals? Is everything going okay for you in the bathroom department? If you'd like to check you;re on the right track please post a few days worth of your food/liquid intake and we can see if we can't suggest any tweaks.... I thought I was getting enough water but since several headache complaints have been answered with the salting and water intake comments, I'll definitely check it out.
