Day 24 - Where is the energy?

I don't know if people are still posting on this but ... I am specifically doing W30 for gut health and ENERGY. So tired of being tired! I started prepping for W30 by eating at the times suggested, very little snacking in between. That seemed to help. But then started W30 (now on Day 30) and have seen almost no improvement. I am looking for other medical causes. Going to functional med doctor Thursday, as he is the one that suggested an elimination diet. I guess I'm just venting! Thanks for listening, and any rseponses welcome!

Again, this is probably indicative that you're not eating enough fat.

Fat provides a good, slow, steady release of energy and can remain in the blood as fuel for up to ten hrs. Carbs are gone within the hour. Make sure you're adding fat to every meal over and above what you're using for cooking.
