I was 8 days into my second W30 and I chose to eat refried beans at a Mexican food restaurant. I justified it to myself because I don't think I have a problem with beans/legumes. Then on Sunday I ate 3 Lara bars. I don't even know if eating Lara bars is W30 compliant, but I had forgotten that they were up in my cupboard and binged on them. Sigh.

Starting over yesterday. The main thing I am learning here is that it is not just *what* I put into my mouth. For me the W30 has to be about having self-control. That feeling after bingeing is a bad one and I don't want to go back there.

Back to compliance yesterday and feeling good.
