Natural Calm just magnesium or with added calcium?

I just bought some of the natural flavor plus calcium off Amazon, only because I think the extra calcium helps (this was after I bought the one with just magnesium). I believe you need a proper amount of calcium for your body to be able to absorb magnesium. I don't eat many calcium rich foods. I do fish once a week  (it's expensive). Broccoli and spinach I eat too but not every day. =)
