Jhuf06
So for the past year I have eaten Paleo (def has some good and bad months on it). I finished my first Whole30 (woo hoo!!!) today and I'm reading about reintroduction. I want to go back to eating Paleo (and maybe being more strict about my sugar intake) so I already know I won't eat corn, gluten, legumes, etc. I would like to test things like dark chocolate, wine, honey and maple syrup. Should I just skip the days with the things that I don't plan on eating anyway? Maybe do a modified reintroduction plan with the things I am planning on reintroducing? jmcbn
So long as you are certain you won't be eating corn, gluten, legumes etc then yes, you can skip the reintro for these food groups. If you ever see yourself eating any of them again though, then don't skip them - forewarned is forearmed.
