susanna_gagnon
Hi! So, I am going to be starting my whole30 on March 1st and I was looking at my vitamins; my doctor suggested I start taking a calcium supplement and vitamin D supplement. I take the Isotonix vitamins and notice that an ingredient in there is fructose. I know we can't have sugar... I don't really know why there is sugar in them but I'm assuming I shouldn't take them? It is not medically necessary that I take them but I do enjoy taking these especially the vitamin D.... Thoughts?
TryingOver
If your doctor recommended it, doctor's orders would trump Whole30 rules. However, you may be able to find compliant versions of the vitamin D and calcium which would be a better choice.
