PatsyB
Just completed Day 15, and love the Bon Jovi sound track Living on a Prayer to celebrate - thanks for that. As I live in Australia, I get the daily blog at 8pm of the Day I am on, so able to read through and click on being compliant not very long afterwards. Some of the products and brands that are mentioned in the posts are not available here, so need a bit of help please. Some health food shops sell Kombucha which has sugar used to create fermentation but none added afterwards. Is that compliant?
jmcbn
Hey @PatsyB - the best thing I can do to help you here is to get you to read the article on Kombucha written by Melissa herself.... It's all about the way the ingredients are listed...!! Kombucha on the Whole30
PatsyB
Thanks for the link jmcbn - that is helpful. A friend advised me that a brand called Parker's produced in Sydney, Australia is compliant so I've sent them an email asking to be sent a copy of the label (not shown on their website) and to see if it is available somewhere near where I live; and if not (and it is OK), it can be delivered. PatsyB
Compliant Kombucha in Australia For anyone in Australia, Woolworths (in Tamworth anyway) stocks a brand of Kombucha called Mojo which is compliant with the link provided in an earlier post. I enjoyed some with dinner tonight.
