I finally had the motivation to do another when my boyfriend expressed interest. We did it together and felt great! We have decided to do a Slow Roll reintroduction since he is competing in the Crossfit Open and I don't want to shock his system too much. I was struggling to find a way to record how the new foods affected us! I couldn't find any good spreadsheets out there, so I decided to make one!
