Tricia F Posted March 2, 2017 Share Posted March 2, 2017 I just started my Whole30 yesterday and I am very excited about it. I am not a very healthy eater and I do not exercise regularly. I am hoping that this program helps jumpstart a healthy lifestyle. I am an extremely picky eater and have a hard time eating vegetables and eggs.
