rosiereal2001 Posted March 28, 2017 Share Posted March 28, 2017 Not a big dieter but I know that I don't eat right. Here's the thing though- it's been over 5 years since I've eaten meat. I do eat fish and seafood. I'm ok with incorporating (organic, local, grassfed) meat back in to give myself some variety but I'm worried about what that will do to my digestive system.
