What if I only want to reintroduce specific meals?

I'm not really sure of the correct protocol to approach reintroductions!!!

I made a list of what I REALLY MISS and used to eat at least once or twice a month and it turned out to be a short, yet complex list:

chicken pad thai

chicken tikka masala

fried rice

almond and/or coconut ice cream

chinese dumplings

wonton soup

Do I try and break down the main ingredients and reintroduce one by one?!

I was thinking maybe I would start with peanuts or a high quality, organic peanut butter?

Yes, you'll need to determine the food groups in each meal and ensure you've carried out a reintroduction for each of them.

Off the top of my head I can see: legumes, dairy, non gluten grains, gluten, sugar - so you've got pretty much all of the food groups there...
