Depressed on Day 9

This is day 9 for me and the past 3 days have been toooorrrrture. I've been lethargic, depressed, restless, and cravings have been relentless. Please tell me these cravings will subside as the sugar dies off in my body! I'm miserable.

What do your meals look like? Are you eating according to the meal template? Are you eating at least one fist-sized serving of starchy vegetable each day? Adding fat in addition to what you cook in? Drinking plenty of water -- 1/2 oz per pound of body weight, so a 120-lb person needs at least 60 oz a day? Salting your food? Eating pre- and post- workout meals in addition to your three meals on days you work out? Any of these things could be contributing to these feelings.

If you want specific feedback on changes to your meals that might help, list a day or two of meals, including portion sizes as they relate to the meal template.
