katonkrew4 Posted October 30, 2012 Share Posted October 30, 2012 Good Morning Everyone! Today is my Day 1 of the Whole 30. This is actually my second time to try. I struggle so much with staying committed. I feel so weak when it comes to food. This is the first time I have posted on the forum. I know that this time through I need support and strength from others. I know that trying to do this alone is not good especially since I don't have tons of support at home. I would HIGHLY recommend signing up for the daily newsletter it is consistent which makes you want to BE consistent. Make sure to make a list of specific goals and keep them posted somewhere (even in the Reminder app on your iPhone!). The second time after an unsuccessful first time will drive you harder, I promise! You're going to kick so much ass this time and it's really awesome that you got up and brushed yourself off - not many people would! You're already winning keep it up.
