5/8 Make it Great!

I'm recommitting to W30 and starting again tomorrow.  I know that this is the right answer for me and feel so much better when eating this way.  But then stress takes over and the sugar dragon rears its ugly head and I end up  not liking how I look and feel.  Although in theory I eat W30 foods 70 percent of the time anyway, I do manage to stuff enough nuts down to make a squirrel jealous and I also have started to add back in a glass of wine or two and feel terrible as a result.  So a reset is needed.  Would love some company.  Let me know if you're in.  Thanks!!
