Plesanj 0
Has anyone had the opportunity to eat at mission BBQ? They are great, gluten free, their brisket and ribs have no gluten, soy, peanut etc but I am wondering if I can still have it?

You can google 'whole30 dining out guide' and get a pdf that gives info on what things to look for and what questions to ask. I sincerely doubt a bbq place doesn't use copious amounts of sugar in their cooking tho...
