SoccerLover
I've been using Tessemae's lemon-garlic marinade and balsamic vinaigrette marinade/dressing quite a bit throughout my Whole30 (I'm on day 26). Both have the Whole30 logo on them, and both also list "high-oleic sunflower oil" as an ingredient. My understanding was that sunflower oil isn't the best choice, and that olive oil would be much better. Can someone clarify? Thanks!
SoccerLover
Update - I had searched this forum before posting, but not the Food, Drink, and Condiments Forum. It looks like someone already asked this, and the answer is here: http://whole30.com/2016/01/tessemaes-organic/. For some reason, I can't delete my original post, so hopefully this info will help someone. Basically, "high oleic" makes it healthy - see the link for more info.
