Day 8

I'm on day 8 of my first Whole 30 program. I've had a few cravings but haven't felt I was super close to giving in. The biggest draw back at this point is how I feel like my mind and life are kind of consumed right now with meal planning, grocery shopping, meal prepping, etc. It feels like it's all I think about!

However, I'm really proud of myself for sticking with it and I feel confident I will finish the full 30 days
