nvss
Emails? What did I miss? This is my Day 3, but just logged into this site today...
luvbnhealthy
nvss - The emails are the Daily30 that you can subscribe to. It's like a newsletter for each day of your Whole30 that address challenges and gives you lots of encouragement. At the end of the day, if you stuck to Whole30, you get to click on "I did it" and receive a speciall congratulatory surprise. It really helps! nvss
Oh ok - I guess I did miss it, don't know how, I've been scouring the site for hours and hours lol!
luvbnhealthy
It's at the top on the toolbar - Whole30 Daily. It is $14.95 for a month (well worth it), and they give you a sample so you can see what comes in one of the email newletters. I printed them off each day so I would have them to refer back to.
