saraecoppola Posted October 23, 2017 Share Posted October 23, 2017 Has anyone ever tried to cook the pork shoulder with butternut squash, kale, and tomatoes (p. 344) in a slow cooker? Anything you can cook in an oven you can cook in a crockpot I would think 6ish hours on low would do it.. but you may have to experiment with it... it may differ depending on the size and the heat your crockpot puts out Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
