SunshineinPhoenix
Are the RXBAR for blueberry and Chocolate Sea Salt approved. I wouldn't assume every day but I do have to travel and these seem good in a pinch to keep in purse so that I have a snack to tide me over. Moderators ShannonM816 Posted November 4, 2017 Moderators Share Posted November 4, 2017 As long as the ingredients are compliant, they are okay for emergency use. Remember that they're as close to a candy bar as you can get on Whole30 and can cause sugar cravings, so really be careful how you use them. You might be better off with compliant jerky, meat bars (like Epic, or I think Chomps brand makes some), or individual packets of olives or almonds, or even pouches of tuna or salmon, especially if you have much of a sweet tooth, but that's something you have to decide for yourself. Zuza
Some RX bars are compliant, some are not. Check the ingredients.
