Great salmon recipe

So funny, this is my grandmother's recipe! Except she squeezes the juice of one orange over the salmon, then does the dijon, then the dill.

Bonus: I hate cooking things over the stove so if anyone wants to use this recipe, pop the salmon in the over for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. It doesn't matter what size the salmon filet is, always comes out perfect. Promise.
