Hi all! I've started a whole30 today with one of the Crossfit gyms I love. I've tried this once before, but failed miserably. Since then, I've done lots more studying on the Whole9 website, but I am really excited about the new forum! I very much look forward to this new adventure, and can't wait to share all the ups and downs with everyone here.

Thing I have learned: the coffee I've been drinking really tastes like arse. My coconut creamer has been masking this evil! Switched to a high quality decaf this morning, with a dash of cinnamon, much better. I really enjoy the ritual of post WOD coffee while driving to work, so I think this will be a nice compromise. Not looking forward to the withdrawal, but it will be worth it!

I used to drink several cups of instant coffee a day, no way am I drinking that black! So now I have 1 or 2 cups of real coffee from grounds before noon and the rest of the day it's herbal teas. I do miss my cup of "proper" (breakfast) tea in the evening though.

Best of luck on your w30 and enjoy your non-arsey coffee :)
