*KG
Happy New Year to all! Here's to a Whole30-Compliant (for the most part!) new year. My question for all: is unsweetened cashew milk allowed? Aside from a cashew base of cashews and water, it also contains locust bean gum, almond butter, sunflower lethicin, natural flavour, gellan gum, and ascorbic acid. I'm only putting a little bit in my morning coffee.
ElizabethG
Hi KG, based on the list of ingredients, it seems fine. I took a quick look at this document just to be sure: https://whole30.com/downloads/additives.pdf

JenMac
Thank you! I had been wondering about my Cashew Milk (Silk, Unsweetened) as I prepare to start on Jan 13th - I read ingredients against the "additives" list you shared and it looks clear.
