I realize that it is a no-no for Whole30 but if it's in supplements in small amounts it shouldn't be a deal breaker. I'm wondering if I drink this golden milk powder in a tea or with some warm compliant almond milk if I would be totally breaking the rules or if it falls under the same catagory as supplements and to not worry about it.
