Fodmap and the Whole30

Hi there, I’m planning for the start of my Whole30 and was just wondering whether anyone had any advice on FODMAP trigger foods and the Whole30? I was advised by my doctor to follow the fodmap diet to help with IBS and have since cut out trigger foods such as onions, garlic, a lot of fruit and certain veg. I was wondering if I should continue with these exclusions on the Whole30 or reintroduce them as part of the meal plans? Any thoughts would be great!
