Canned Artichoke Hearts / Citric Acid

Hi, I was looking at the can of Artichoke Hearts that I bought today and noticed Citric Acid as the last ingredient.  I notice that somewhat frequently from time to time, particularly in canned items.  I believe that the Artichoke Hearts are compliant as they aren’t marinated, but I am curious about Citric Acid and any wariness that I should have about seeing it as an ingredient.

Thanks - Mike

Citric acid is fine!

Next time you're unsure about something try googling "Is ____ Whole30" and you should come up with lots of forum posts about the subject. The search function here doesn't work well so that's you best bet :)
