Feeling sick

Could you tell us what you have been eating? Include specific types of vegetables and approximate serving sizes.

Things that can affect going to the bathroom (I'm assuming you mean number two, because if you haven't peed in three days, you really just need to head to the doctor):  Be sure you're eating plenty of vegetables -- ideally, 2-3 cups of vegetables at each meal, maybe more if you're doing a lot of raw leafy greens because they break down to nothing as you eat; be sure you're adding fat to your meals; and be sure you're drinking plenty of water (at least 1/2 cup of water per pound of body weight, so a 120-lb person needs at least 60 oz of water per day).

Do you feel less nauseous when you eat? Sometimes hunger can make you feel a little queasy. Try to eat something -- if you're not sure how you're going to react to food, try something like a baked sweet potato or a baked potato with some olive oil and salt, or a piece of chicken that isn't too spicy, or a scrambled egg. If eating a bit makes you feel better, go ahead and eat a full meal. If eating just makes it worse, I wonder if you might actually be sick.
