Red Pepper Sauce

I made a batch of the red pepper sauce on Wednesday and have used some of it but not nearly all of it.  The recipe says it can be kept in the fridge for up to 5 days. Can it be frozen? I would hate to have to throw the rest of it out.

Try freezing it and see what happens... if it comes out watery or separated you could always add it to a red sauce for a flavor bump.
