Jenn0704 Posted May 24, 2018 Share Posted May 24, 2018 I am checking in here to see if anyone is experiencing the same issues I am experiencing. I am on day 25 of Whole30 and have eaten completely compliant throughout and even have had some success in terms of pain reduction, energy levels and so on. However I am not feeling many of the benefits others have. I still have crazy cravings for non-compliant foods, some days do feel sluggish, etc. It really has been the past 10 days or so. I am not sure if this is normal but I really felt by my final week I would be feeling great. I love the recipes I am making (although it is time consuming and tons of dishes lol) but just looking for some feedback. I plan to continue Whole30 for another 30 days and making this a mostly-permanent lifestyle change but do some reintroduction after 60 days but just thought I would see....
